We recommend submitting helpdesk requests via email or the web. If you haven't already done so, you should first register by filling out your details here.

Once you have a username and password in our helpdesk system, you can submit helpdesk requests:

Our helpdesk hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. If you need urgent out-of-hours assistance, our phone system will try to locate someone to talk to but please note this is an out-of-hours charge.
